In Charente-Maritime, 10 minutes from Saintes, a 19th-century château, its dependencies, its park and, optionally, a dwelling and 4 hectares of land. From the departmental road, between fields, woods and vines, the silhouette of the 19th-century château appears, approached by its 18th-century dependencies built in a U-shaped plan. Access to the property is through the porch that overlooks the courtyard, enhanced by its old well. The main house, rectangular in shape, faces southeast toward the park and its tall trees. To the north, a longère-style farm extends to the rear of the dependencies. To the southwest of the park, a large barn stands. To the south, the tree-lined park stretches, then farther away the meadows extend to the edge of the woods.
