At the edge of the Dourdan forest, a country house in a park of tall trees. Just a few steps from the historic center, the property has two distinct street access points. It consists of an 18th-century hunting lodge extended in the 19th century by a two-story building. This latter, with a nearly square plan, forms with the original construction a complex with differentiated volumes. The main building is topped by a slate mansard roof pierced by a skylight, while the oldest part features a two-pitched slate roof. The plastered façades are rhythmically punctuated by tall bays and numerous French doors with wooden shutters.
