Facing Colmar Station, in a residential district, a former Alsatian brewery from the late 19th century, converted into apartments. Located at a street corner, the property is bordered by a wrought-iron fence, with a gate and a wicket gate. The gate opens onto the central courtyard, which distributes on one side the main entrance of the former brewery, and on the other side a former outbuilding converted into two garages and a parking space. The former brewery, built in 1885 and expanded in 1903 and 1924, rises four levels, the top floor under pitched roofs. It is divided into seven dwellings, all currently rented. The three main façades of the L-shaped building face east, southeast and south. They are constructed in rubble stone covered with pink plaster and organized into two or three bays each, and feature ashlar window surrounds. The window surrounds are straight and rectangular on the three levels, except for four on the ground floor, wide and arched. The two-slope roof, covered with flat tiles, crowns the entire building. Five bays on the different gable walls and seven roof windows bring natural light to the two attic apartments. A leafy private garden, attached to the large ground-floor apartment, is situated between the building and the street Tir.
