Location The farmhouse is situated at the end of a lane on the outskirts of St.Georges de Livoye. Brecey it's local town with all amenities is 5 minutes away and the larger town of Avranche is 15 mins. There is a gym in Brecey plus an outdoor pool in summer. There is a bureau France Sociale, which is excellent for helping with the french forms and information., and next door is a internet office if you need it, it also has a library. In the village there is a trout lake for fishing with a cafe/restaurant Brecey has a good supermarket and also usual services of banks and pharmacie Mont Saint Michele is 30 minutes by car. An hour to the port of Ouisream and 2 hours to Cherbourg Access La Butte is set on the side of the village down a small lane. We have 2 other houses down the lane.
