100 km from Paris, near Rouen, in the Pays de Caux, a 300 m² village house and its land of more than 2,500 m². At the end of the village road, the imposing residence, three stories high over a basement, is bordered by a terrace on which a small wooden arbour is installed. Two outbuildings for storing mowing tools and parking a vehicle stand nearby. A strip of earth separates the dwelling from the road.
