The residence is ideal for both business and leisure travellers. Comprising a living area with sofa bed (140*180) and fitted kitchen, a bedroom with double bed (140*200) and a bathroom with shower and WC, this one-bedroom apartment measures 36m2. It sleeps 4 people (ideally 2 adults and 2 children, or 3 adults given the small size of the sofa bed). The kitchen has a microwave, fridge, electric hob, extractor fan, coffee maker, kettle and everything else you need for cooking. The flat also has a flat-screen TV and free Wi-Fi access. Pets are allowed at an additional cost. During your stay you can take advantage of the hotel services offered by the residence at an additional cost (breakfast, parking and access to the laundry). Weekly cleaning is included in the price. You can arrive at any time thanks to the residence's access code system. Reception is open until 6pm.
