Thanks to the diversity of its soils, it has established itself as a reference place for the study, acclimatization and preservation of plant heritage. This scientific and educational vocation has shaped the identity of the site, whose arboretum is now one of the most remarkable in Europe. Over time, the estate has been able to evolve its vocation while preserving its heritage character. Now dedicated to hospitality, accommodation, catering and events, it harmoniously combines history, architecture and nature in an exceptional preserved setting. BUILT PROPERTY The manor house - main residence Architecture The manor house seduces with the elegance of its eighteenth-century architecture, characterised by a symmetrical composition, finely worked ashlar facades and a Mansard roof punctuated by dormers. Restored with respect for its heritage, it retains all the authenticity and refinement of its time. In its extension, a contemporary extension signed by a renowned architect asserts a sober and refined style. Clad in wooden shutters and largely open onto the park thanks to large glass surfaces, it establishes a harmonious dialogue between heritage and modernity. The combination of natural materials, transparency and light gives the whole a strong, elegant and timeless architectural identity. Distribution The main house houses twenty rooms on the first and second floors, served by a lift. The majority of them have an unobstructed view of the wooded park. The common areas include reception areas, lounges, catering areas and facilities dedicated to welcoming tourist or professional customers. In the continuity of the historic building, the contemporary extension houses the catering and wellness areas open to the park. Spread throughout the estate, the independent cottages have been made of wood from the local industry and integrate discreetly into their natural environment. Their location in the heart of the park and near the golf course fully contributes to the authentic and landscaped character of the property. Distribution The outbuildings are organised in the form of independent cottages offering accommodation complementary to the main structure. Their location preserves both the privacy of the occupants and the general coherence of the operation. ORGANISATION OF LAND OWNERSHIP Developed on approximately thirty-four hectares in one piece, including thirty-four hectares of parkland and landscaped areas, the property benefits from a remarkable land coherence. Meadows, wooded areas and natural areas make up a particularly high-quality environment. The unobstructed views of the surrounding landscapes as well as the harmonious integration of the leisure facilities fully contribute to the identity of the estate. This balance between built heritage and nature is one of its main assets. TYPE OF ACCOMMODATION & CAPACITY The operation is based on a total of thirty-eight rooms divided between the hotel and several independent cottages. The cottages can accommodate four to eight people and are a particularly suitable solution for family stays, groups or seminar customers. This diversity of accommodation makes it possible to respond to several market segments while optimizing the occupancy rate. The complex offers a capacity suitable for leisure customers as well as for private and professional events. FACILITIES The estate has facilities that
