All flats are comfortably furnished and decorated in light, uncluttered tones, for a relaxing stay: fully-equipped kitchen with hob, fridge, microwave and crockery kit. Laundry facilities are available at an additional cost. Breakfast is served every day but is not included in the rent. It consists of a variety of breads, including gluten-free bread, pastries, as well as cold and hot drinks. On-site parking spaces are available by prior arrangement and are not included in the rental price, at extra cost. Pets are welcome at an additional cost. In the case of seasonal rentals, in addition to the monthly rent, a tourist tax of an amount that varies per night and per person must be paid directly to the residence.
