In Normandy, in a 5-hectare park, an 18th-century manor, its pool and outbuildings. Dated from the 18th century, the manor was built for an important family from Alençon. The estate is set away from the village, at the end of a road. A wrought-iron gate allows passage over a surrounding wall and opens onto a courtyard, around which a walled orchard, a music and reception room of more than 80 m², a pool, a workshop and garages are organized. In front of the manor façade, the park unfolds its green carpet to a pond. Structured as a central body flanked by two wings, the dwelling rises two levels and rests on a ground floor. The classical-style façade is plastered, with rusticated quoins and stone-framed windows. A conservatory extends the ensemble toward the park. The steep roof is slate. The interior covers an area of about 480 m².
