This beautiful town house of more than 300 m² is located in the heart of the capital of Menorca, Maó. The house is distributed over three floors. We go up some wooden stairs and reach the third floor where we have a living room and a bedroom. On this floor we have access to a spacious terrace with beautiful views of emblematic buildings in Maó. A house renovated with great detail, while all the historical character that characterizes it has been preserved. Most of its walls maintain the old stucco, while others preserve the exposed marés stone. In addition, the original hydraulic tiles on the floors have been maintained, with surprising drawings in each room. The property has a new light installation and all the bathrooms are renovated. The house has its own well and a ready-to-use water collection cistern, although neither is currently in use. It also has heating and air conditioning.
