The Coson Beach Project (Antiguo Isabela Beach Resort) is located at coordinates 19o 17' N amp; 69o 35 0, of the Juana Vicente Section, of Playa Coson, Las Terrenas, Province SAMANA, Dominican Republic. Specifically in plot No. 3918-A of Cadastral District No. 07, Municipality and Province of Samaná with about 100 meters of beach frontage. With a total surface area of about 36,189.15 square meters covered by two Certificates of Titles (Annexes). The entire property has two sectors, separated by Calle Coson: The first with about 16,477.66 square meters with 100.97 linear meters of the beach the second with approximately 19,711.49 square meters The 2 lots have direct access with asphalt road.
