Es führt eine Seilbahn von Selma hoch nach Landarenca auf 1400/m. für nur 4 Fr./Fahrt. Diese Seilbahn ersetzt die Strasse und ist 24Std das ganze Jahr nutzbar. Dieses Dorf wurde ausgezeichnet für eines der schönsten Dörfer der Schweiz. Es gibt zwei Restaurants wo man sehr gut essen kann. Von Landarenca führen verschiedene Wanderwege in die Weiler Bolif und Ariglia. Unten im Erdgeschoss können zwei Zimmer eingerichtet werden und im oberen Stockwerk zwei weitere. Es gibt insgesamt 3 Türen von welchen man bequem auf die noch zu erstellenden Terrassen gelangen kann.
