This magnificent property, steeped in history, was built in the years 1874 - 1879 by the Parisian architect Émile Hochereau who created 21 villas for an elitist clientele such as former presidents. The property was built on a plot entirely surrounded by trees to guarantee its occupants total privacy and provide them with very high-end comfort thanks to its large living rooms, including high ceilings decorated with period moldings, solid marble fireplaces enhanced by imposing mirrors, not to mention the timeless parquet floor which, like the rest, has been entirely restored according to the rules of the art, in order to preserve the original style and charm.
