



The tenant(s) must submit proof of home insurance with civil liability of $2 million for the duration of the lease and premises. Proof of change of account with Hydro-Québec before occupancy of the unit. It is strictly forbidden to rent the apartment short term (Airbnb and other) and no subletting without the approval of landlords. Smoking is strictly prohibited (including cannabis), as is the cultivation of cannabis inside the premises. The promise to lease is conditional on the owner conducting a criminal and credit check to their satisfaction. The owner shall have 5 days following the acceptance of this promise to lease to conduct one, and supply the Lessee with the results. No Pets.
