This sale is made without legal warranty of quality, at the buyer's own risk. This brokerage contract is entered into on the essential condition that the immovable in question be sold jointly with the immovables known under the Quebec cadastre numbers 5 680 522, 5 680 533 and 5 680 534, located in Saint-Léandre, to the same buyer. It is expressly agreed that the immovables must be acquired by one and the same person or legal entity (including any related person), and that the deeds of sale must be received simultaneously before a notary, on a date agreed upon by the parties. As sales are interdependent, no one can be made independently of the other. In the event that any of the transactions cannot be concluded, for any reason whatsoever, this brokerage contract may be terminated without penalty to the seller. Certificate of location It is understood that no certificate of location will be provided by the seller for the immovable covered by this contract. Notwithstanding the foregoing, a certificate of location may be provided only for the immovable located at 2850, 10th rang, Saint-Léandre (Québec) G0J 2V0, if applicable.
