The Gallery by GRAYA marks a defining chapter for Racecourse Road - Hamilton's most prestigious strip - now home to GRAYA's first lifestyle precinct with curated residence above. Positioned on 150 meters of street frontage, the development introduces a curated convergence of signature residences, boutique retail, elevated dining and activated public spaces on one of Brisbane's most iconic boulevards.

Designed in collaboration with Bureau^Proberts - GRAYA's third partnership with the acclaimed Brisbane architects - The Gallery draws from the street's storied character. Above, 2, 3 & 4 bedroom residences are defined by generous proportions, natural material palettes and expansive balconies framing views across the Brisbane city skyline.

Above it all, a private rooftop retreat brings together wellness, leisure and panoramic views - with pool, spa, sauna, hot and cold plunge pools, all set against sweeping city views. At ground level, the precinct brings together boutique dining, retail and wellness across 1,400m² of curated tenancies and an activated Racecourse Road frontage.
